At MCS Contract Cleaning Ltd we class health and safety as our top priority. It is imperative that all practices and procedures are carried out correctly when on site. We ensure that this is done by all members of staff following all practices including;

• Wearing and using safety equipment provided.
  Being up to date with the contents of our health and safety policy.
• Reporting all accidents.
• Prior to any work being carried out on site we make certain that risk assessments and method statements are completed thoroughly.

We have an up to date policy that is available to all members of staff and customers. This is overseen and signed by the director on a regular basis.

A copy of the policy is available upon request.

And fully covered by Public/Products and Employers liability insurance.

Safe Contractor is a government approved scheme which is set up to assure all our clients and potential clients that ”we” as business are adequately insured and have all the relevant health and safety documents in order.

At MCS Contract Cleaning Ltd we recognize the importance of the quality of our work and it is our company aim to achieve and maintain the highest standards possible by implementing a code of conduct, quality and assurance and customer care policies.

It is our policy and standard practice to have a works satisfactory ticket signed off by each client  on completion of any work, this gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work. The comments are then passed onto management, who monitor and carry out random quality control checks on all staff and contracts. These tickets are also used for invoicing each client for the works carried out.

We ensure that all staff are well groomed, are wearing company uniform at all times which has our MCS Contract Cleaning Ltd logo on, our company vehicles are sign written and all of our employees have an I.D badge clearly showing MCS as their employer and a CRB disclosure number if applicable.
